TEVERUN SCOOTER WARRANTY CANADA:

Teverun scooters, sold in Canada, come with a 1 year warranty covering all components except those subject to wear from use. The 2 year warranty covers the following specific components controller, throttle, display, frame, stem, and electrical wiring.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects from normal use. It’s non-transferable and requires an original purchase receipt for claims. Normal wear and tear or water damage are not covered.

Warranty claims require a video demonstration for us to understand the issue.

During the first year, Electrified Mobile will cover the cost of suppling and shipping defective components at our discretion. The customer is responsible for delivering the scooter to an authorized service center including labour and shipping costs to the service center. Electrified Mobile covers the cost of supplying and shipping replacement parts.
